Empowering Women, Elevating Birmingham BRUMWIM exists to close the confidence gap for women in marketing, for Birmingham’s creative industries, and for the city itself. We are a community built on collective action lifting each other up, sharing powerful stories, and making sure every woman has the tools to lead with confidence. We are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive space where every member is valued, heard, and empowered. We will break down the barriers holding women back - from the pay gap, to career progression challenges, to balancing family and work. Through mentorship, professional development, and community, we’ll help women and Birmingham rise together. We won’t wait for change.
