The Brunel Foundation aims to positively impact People and our Planet by helping create a better future for professionals and a better planet for future professionals. To enable this goal, the Brunel Foundation supports the UN sustainable development goals (SDGs) by helping future, young and senior professionals with Autism increase their job opportunities. The Brunel Foundation also helps increase environmental consciousness and sustainability by raising awareness for clean seas and our own CO2 footprint.
Diverse factoren in een leven bepalen of iemand zijn talenten ontdekt en voldoende mogelijkheden krijgt om deze te ontwikkelen. Er zijn tal van redenen waardoor talent (nog) niet voldoende tot zijn recht komt, denk hierbij o.a. aan opgroeien in armoede, het hebben van een beperking of niet voldoende uitgedaagd of geïnspireerd worden. Het is onze missie om samen met Brunel en haar medewerkers het onzichtbare talent in de maatschappij zichtbaar te maken, om zo te stimuleren dat éénieder zijn plek kan vinden op de arbeidsmarkt en op zijn eigen niveau succesvol kan zijn. Hierbij hebben wij de focus op drie pijlers: educatie, innovatie en maatschappelijke bewustwording. Vanuit verschillende maatschappelijke thema’s worden projecten gesponsord, initiatieven ontwikkeld, kennis & expertise gedeeld, met als doel elkaar te versterken en samen het verschil te maken.
