Brush Creek Distillery is a craft distillery located at The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming. Here, we strive to infuse the pioneering essence of the Wild West into each of our spirits by combining age-old industry practices with trailblazing initiatives that are bold and visionary. Each batch is crafted on-site, utilizing local resources whenever possible to produce the finest spirits. The distillery’s 7,800-foot elevation allows for significant temperature fluctuations, which enhance our barreled spirits program, while granite-filtered water captured from the nearby Sierra Madre mountains and Medicine Bow National Forest provide a pristine natural resource shared across our portfolio. Locally foraged ingredients, along with botanicals from the on-site, 20,000 square foot sustainable greenhouse set the tone for farm fresh products and unmatched quality.
Our core spirits include Brush Creek Blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Brush Creek Straight Rye Whiskey, Brush Creek New American Gin, and Brush Vodka.
Our cask-finished special releases include, Brush Creek “Honig” and Brush Creek “Chimney Rock” Cabernet Cask-Finished Blend of Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
In 2021/2022 we brought to market our inaugural release of Brush Creek “Railroad Rye” Straight Rye Whiskey (Boxcar #1). This limited release highlighted a selection of mature, straight rye whiskey barrels, that traveled over 1200+ miles along the path of the Transcontinental Railway. These were the first full barrels of whiskey to travel by railcar since pre-prohibition. The historical achievement celebrates monumental development of the railway system that allowed for the development of the west. It helped forge a path for pioneers in search of discovery and a better tomorrow.
