Brusnica is a new and dynamic real estate development company based in Slovenia, with an experienced team working on the most competitive real estate markets. We see development as an ongoing process of transforming living spaces and cities through sustainable construction. Every element that can improve living is essential; therefore, we prioritize attention to detail in all our projects.
To ensure that our projects meet the highest standards for sustainable construction, we are pursuing a BREEAM certification for our first residential project, Regent Quarter. BREEAM is the world's leading science-based certification system that evaluates a building's environmental, social, and economic sustainability beyond legal requirements and industry practice.
We have two ongoing projects in Ljubljana. Regent Quarter will comprise three modern high-rise buildings with 356 apartments, offering various accommodation options, from small studios to larger penthouses with spacious terraces. The project's unique location provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities, making it an ideal place to call home.
Meanwhile, Park Residence is still in the early stages of design, but we aim to create a new home for around 700 residents in the coming years. As with all our projects, we will prioritize sustainability and attention to detail to ensure that Park Residence is a desirable and eco-friendly living space for its residents.
