Brutalisten is a restaurant concept developed by the internationally recognized artist Carsten Höller, where food is served following the Brutalist Kitchen Manifesto.
The main rule is the following: ingredients are used alone for a certain dish; only water and salt may be added.
Brutalisten guests can also enjoy art selected by Höller during their visit, with pieces created by the artist himself or other artists such as Ana Benaroya, Dan Flavin, Carl Andre, Moké and others.
