Bruzaholms Bruk produce and supply customized wear-resistant parts for asphalt and concrete mixers as well as heat-resistant parts for power stations and incineration plants.
Our wear-resistant parts are used for replaceable parts of asphalt mixers, cement mixers and log washers. To achieve the ambitious demands on quality and durability, we work with some of the very strongest alloys that can be produced. The hardness for wear-resistant parts is approx. 57 HRc. Together with chrome and nickel, we get the iron to match up to the demands of today and tomorrow.
The highest quality for the highest temperature
Our alloys can handle high temperatures reaching up to 1150 °C and heat-resistant parts are used in incineration plants, boilers, heat treatment furnaces and other environments where temperatures become extremely high. A large share of the heat-resistant parts comprise grate bars and our customers include a number of companies that have plants, for example, for the incineration of waste. This area, in particular, is growing in pace with the requirements to dispose of waste in a sustainable manner.
