Building Safety Act Consult (BSAC Ltd) offer advisory services to help navigate you through the Building Safety Act gateways as they are implemented, through strategic advice, training and experience. With over 100 years in the construction industry, we bring together a blend of building control, project management and business experience. We all share the same driver to improve fire safety within buildings and construction. We all have one common passion which is building safety. Our goal is to help the construction and property industry implement and comply with the Building Safety Act and in turn improve industry fire safety. As a group we have been involved in some of the UK’s biggest construction projects, witnessing hands-on what is required to make a building fire compliant. This is coupled with training and a clear understanding of what is required to be compliant with the Building Safety Act.
