We provide support for companies undergoing office transitions. We create layout plans that demonstrate the potential of a given space based on the specific Tenant's needs. We conduct comparative analyses and assist in making the most appropriate decisions regarding location choices. We design ergonomic, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, developing interior finishing concepts that reflect the unique character of the organization. We prepare executive projects with comprehensive technical documentation and material selection. We coordinate the actions of various trades, ensuring the smooth progress of implementation. We keep budgets in check and adhere to timelines, keeping our promises. We mediate communication with the building, coordinate agreements during construction, oversee the implementation process, and participate in area handovers. We operate in two project teams in two cities: Poznań and Warsaw. We enjoy working and appreciate each other. Together, we inspire and motivate, sharing knowledge and ideas.
