BSL Care (Baba Sawan Lodge Ltd) is a care provider offering Residential Care, Domiciliary Care, and Supported Living for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Founded in the early 1990s by Maya and Suresh Advani, BSL was built on compassion, dignity, and the belief that everyone deserves a place to thrive. The organisation is named in honour of Baba Sawan, a spiritual figure whose values of empathy and service remain at our core. Now led by their sons, Nikhil and Anuj, BSL Care continues to grow — developing purpose- built homes, expanding specialist support, and building a passionate team to deliver high- quality, person-centred care. At our heart, we are committed to making the impossible possible!
