Once built, the client is offered a perpetual license to their application and can pay an annual maintenance fee to have BSoft Solutions provide on-going software maintenance services. In addition, BSoft Solutions can host the client’s software in a secure, high-performance, high availability environment. To complete the CSaaS service, BSoft Solutions can provide Managed Services for the software that includes help-desk support and minor functional and report development support.
