Since 1969, the name BSP has been synonymous with the provision of high quality technical personnel in the resource industry. A WA-owned technical employment agency, BSP has been supplying engineering, technical and industrial staff to major Australian and International companies. From temporary hire to permanent placements, from mechanical and geotechnical to the civil and construction industries, BSP prides itself in finding the right people for the right job!
The title BSP originates from an engineering and drafting company established in London in 1941 by Messrs Bayley, Smith and Pettinger who later branched out to Australia with offices in Melbourne and Sydney in 1958. The BSP Industries office in Western Australia was established in 1969 and subsequently transferred to local ownership in 1981.
In 2011 BSP changed its name to BSP Technical Recruitment to better represent the aims in its business plans.
