1. Guarantee against safe delivery of goods – i.e. mandatory insurance of all goods irrespective of the conditions of transportation.
2. Contractual warranty of service cost - the cost of services for the delivery that was agreed in application won’t change.
3. Guarantee against delivery time - your goods will be delivered to their destination as quickly as possible, in terms of agreed deadlines. If the delivery delay still occurred, we guarantee the compensation of damages to the customer in an amount of 0.5% of the total cost of transport services for each day of delay (unless due to force majeure).
When we work with our partners we prefer to perform more, than it is expected from us, considering that the main secret of the Success is “unusual service”.
