BSW Together

BSW Together is an integrated care system (ICS) made up of NHS and local authority organisations working together. Our ICS brings together an Integrated Care Board, three hospital trusts, private providers, a mental health trust, an ambulance trust and voluntary sector organisations. Collectively, we take responsibility to improve the health and wellbeing of local people, tackle inequalities and achieve better outcomes and access for everyone, ensure that health and care services are high-quality and to make the most efficient use of our resources.
