Our commercial law firm was founded in March 2019 as a result of the merger of the business division headed by Prof. Dr. Wolf-Rüdiger Bub of the renowned law firm Bub Gauweiler & Partner and the transaction boutique Memminger founded by Dr. Peter Memminger.
