"As a young girl I would help my blind grandmother measure all the ingredients to make her delicious matzoh ball soup. We would cook a whole chicken for hours which resulted in a savory old world broth. The aroma of the broth filled her home with the mouthwatering smell of her amazing soup. After making the broth we would drop the fluffy, delicate matzoh balls into the flavorful soup. I would like to share this great memory and delicious soup with everyone. Soup warms the belly and heart with every spoonful. I hope it brings joy to your family like it has to mine."
