Buchan + Associates (B+A) is a specialist Health and Social care consultancy focussed on Strategy, Planning and improvement in the NHS, private health and social care settings, in the UK and Internationally. We undertake Healthcare planning in Scotland and UK Health planning projects, and have delivered projects internationally. The company has an extensive portfolio of healthcare planning experience across the NHS, as well as in a range of supporting activities in Leadership Development; Service Transformation and Change Management; and Financial analysis. For over 20 years, the team have provided advice and support on projects that have ranged from GP premise re-development through to multi-million pound investment programmes. This knowledge and experience enables us to challenge, share, innovate and encourage best practice in the development of new services and facilities to support the ever-changing health and social care environment. Our objective is to ensure that investment in assets fully capitalises on opportunities offered to effect real service improvement, and that staff are given the tools and support they require to maximise their potential and the quality of the services they provide. B+A’s core team of specialist healthcare planners come from a diverse range of backgrounds, all of whom have extensive experience in health and social care.
