We undertake Healthcare planning in Scotland and UK Health planning projects, and have delivered projects internationally.
The company has an extensive portfolio of healthcare planning experience across the NHS, as well as in a range of supporting activities in Leadership Development; Service Transformation and Change Management; and Financial analysis. For over 20 years, the team have provided advice and support on projects that have ranged from GP premise re-development through to multi-million pound investment programmes.
