•Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures. •Responsible for the scheduling of office secretarial staff in a timely manner to ensure appropriate coverage to assist staff and daily operation of organization •Manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the organization. •Develop, implement and conduct office staff training meetings as needed. •Design and implement staff communications programs in order to ensure ongoing, positive up and down communications throughout he organization. •Delegate responsibility to appropriate staff to ensure that the day-to-day functions and assigned projects are carried out. Personally manage the staff who are responsible for the specific tasks, assignments, programs & events. •Create spreadsheets, compose correspondence, manage databases, and create presentations, reports, and documents •Responsible for encouraging the growth and assisting in the evaluation process of the staff. •Train and use fax machines, photocopiers, scanners, and videoconferencing and telephone systems,conduct research on the Internet, and operate and troubleshoot new office technologies. •Assure discreet handling of all business
