Buchans was demerged from Minco plc on August 30, 2017 as part of a Scheme of Arrangement under which all of the shares of Buchans were transferred and distributed to the former shareholders of Minco plc and Minco plc was acquired by Dalradian Resources Inc. by the issue of 15,490,666 shares of Dalradian with an Effective Date valuation of C$25 million.
