In 1981, Jeff Heil started Oheil Irrigation with one truck and some rented equipment. Over the years a few things have changed. The trucks and the number of employees have multiplied, and the equipment is now our own; but the dedication, care, and hard work that Jeff started with continues to be at the heart of our business.
After graduating from Ohio State University, Jeff's son, Justin Heil, joined the company. Together, they have worked to keep the business growing. The acquisition of Buckeye Lawn and Landscaping (another local, Dayton-based business) provided the opportunity to offer lawn and landscaping services under its own umbrella within the organization.
After more than thirty years, Buckeye Lawn and Landscaping | Oheil Irrigation Company has grown in size and reach. As Oheil Site Solutions, we are an award-winning sitework and commercial construction company, and our projects span the Midwest. Still, whether we're mowing a lawn or developing an athletic field, we have made it a priority in all of our jobs and undertakings to maintain the personal service and care that come with a local, family-owned business.
