Address specific cultural needs in an organisation Budaya allows you to pick a carefully designed culture plan out of our 6 culture initiatives, in order to accelerate your culture change. These 3-6 month packages with an option to extend include Happily as the base infrastructure, where we manage the interactions and trigger certain activations to happen, as well as offline engagement and training.
