the Buddhii Cooperative is a California corporation focused on facilitating a mature and sustainable marketplace in the newly emerging medicinal and recreational cannabis industry. The scope of our activities has grown over time, and may include acting as a hub for our member collectives, cultivators and cooperatives engaged in non-profit dispensary or cultivation activities, or service provision related to our members product including registration, regulatory compliance assistance, transportation and logistics. Our membership includes leading companies with a variety of niche, highly engineered, product lines that desire to expand outside their main market or increase their market share. Buddhii coordinates the manufacture, quality control methods, and distribution of the product through the use of member-owned plants or local contract manufacturers. Buddhii handles fulfillment and even the customer service for the products as well. A recent example of our activities would be the pick-up of medicinal cannabis from locally and state-licensed cultivators and growers, licensed dispensaries, and/or qualified member business organizations of the cooperative and other licensed entities conducting professional service organizations that facilitate patient access to medicinal cannabis. Buddhii has variety of long-standing member and distributor relationships. Our current customers include Amazon, the world's online retail leader. We are membership owned and professionally operated.
