The President of BHCO has been involved in CAI or Community Association Institute for more than a decade and has helped advocate for HOA rights and has served two terms and six years on the CAI-RMC board of directors. This experience has allowed us to strive when working with complex jobs for HOA's and their Board of Directors/ Community Managers and homeowners.
