Bühlmann Hotels blev grundlagt i 2007, da Anemette og Danni Bühlmann overtog herregårdshotellet Scheelsminde i Aalborg, som har været på Bühlmann-familiens hænder siden 1960. Siden er flere hoteller kommet til og koncernen har i dag 10 hoteller i Jylland og på Sjælland.
Bühlmann er kendetegnet ved unikke hoteloplevelser, exceptionelt værtskab og prisbelønnet gastronomi. Bühlmann har i dag mere end 400 medarbejdere og hovedsæde i Aalborg samt København.
