- PDF Schedule of works and full BOQ ( Bills of Quant Options )
- Labour, Plant, and Material, Subcontractor, Sundries Split in full detail
- Building Element Split I.e Plastering
- Room Split, if required, i.e Flat 1 Flat 2, or Bed 1 Bed 2
- MATERIALS – In June 2019, all material prices will be LIVE from the likes of Trade Point, Keyline and
Travis Perkins. ( UPDATED EVERY 10 DAYS ) These can be used to order directly from any of the
above and I can incorporate discounts’.
