Builder's Co-Venture Fund

Builder's Co-Venture Fund is a construction fund that finances smaller builders through partnership agreements in joint co-venture projects. We operate nationwide and specifically aim to partner with smaller, motivated builders who might not have the capital or the network needed to expand their business and grow in their respective markets. We partner solely with builders to whom we can provide value and who don't have the baggage that comes along with the big home builders. These large-scale home builders are typically well-financed and have little need for funding of this nature, thus our mission is to provide smaller builders with an opportunity to capture some market share and bid on projects that they otherwise would have had to turn down. Our expertise lies in securing loans and providing various capital solutions to our partners through our large network of lenders and investors. In turn, we expect our partners to bring their building expertise to the table- ranging from identifying projects, to developing and entitling land, and finally the construction itself. We take pride in the partnerships and opportunities that we have created, with both our builders and the communities that we have helped fund.
