B+TIC was registered in 1995, operates as a private limited liability company in the Built Environment Industry as a Design and Management Company.

Our partnerships with like minded practices and individuals, mean that our services are being sought further afield - for instance we were consultants to the organizers of the World Expo in Shanghai, and partnered with one of their contractors, on the design and fit out of the Africa Pavilion.
We are great believers in value added partnerships and continue to be invited to, as well as to invite partners onto projects with which we are involved, where we believe that all the parties have a mutually respectful role to play in co-creating any where in the world to deliver world class spaces for the built environment.
The philosophy, values and experience shaped during our competitive selection, while still a very young practice, to be responsible for the design and fit out of the prestigious NLNG Headquarters development in Lagos ( the first "Smart" office of that scale in the country) remain at the core of B+TIC culture.
