The company was founded on the basis of being able to provide a unique MEP design and consultancy service offering the best of consultancy and contractor design. BEST Ltd have 30 years’ experience in the construction industry ranging from Facilities Management, Retrofit & Refurbishment to new buildings, facilities and infrastructure. Best Ltd have a wealth of knowledge and experience as Client, Contractor, and Subcontractor for both design and build. This experience enables BEST Ltd to advise Clients and produce our designs with the foresight of the impacts a design can have on construction cost, programme & sequence of construction. Our offering differs slightly from some of the other design houses as BEST Ltd have an embedded understanding from both the Clients and Contractor’s perspective as well as a technical perspective and therefore, can also identify project risk and cost mitigation form initial design stages through to completion.
