Since our inception in 2019, Building Pathways has been on a mission to empower and guide young adults from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, allowing them to chart their paths. Operating as a Community Interest Company (CIC) in Greater London and the West Midlands, we're here to shake things up, offering skills, training, insights, holistic support, apprenticeships, careers and a push toward positive change. Our collaboration extends across businesses, charities and communities, serving Pathfinders aged 16-30 through our comprehensive Pathfinder programmes, e-learning courses, mentoring initiatives and more. Committed to promoting social values, supporting equality and breaking the cycle of socioeconomic disparity, Building Pathways represents genuine collaboration, tangible impact and concrete opportunities.
