Our background in construction design and implementation coupled with our years of experience uniquely qualifies us to provide insightful training and/or process implementation for the entire real estate loan process. Our involvement ranges from monthly site visits to preparing loan closing documents to hourly consulting support. Our expert services are tailored to the needs of the client. BRIX’s team of professionals can thoroughly evaluate the quality and progress of a project through development, design, and construction. This effort provides for a smoother and more predictable transition from the design to the finished project. This approach also provides the lender or owner with a much higher level of confidence and familiarity for the project, as well as solid documentation. In 2021 BRIX added environmental consulting to its list of services. Although this is a new service line for BRIX, our proven personnel have extensive experience in the field of environmental consulting. This service line allows us to provide Phase I and II ESAs as well as sampling and consulting related to asbestos, radon, mold, and indoor air quality. Our staff of consulting professionals have joined us from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences and average 20+ years of experience in their respective fields.
