We have the capability and experience needed to identify the design intent early with limited information, structuring a budget that will ultimately inform design decisions deep into the process. From there a refined RFP process, on-boarding of qualified contractors, clear communication processes and team meetings will ensure that the project is completed on time and on budget. We have experience with ground-up, tenant improvements and prefabricated buildings in all 50 states. We have an understanding of regional cost trends, labor and material suppliers, and other factors to consider when planning a project.
