Build Wise Estimating LLC! We are the leading provider of construction estimating, quantity surveying, and construction management solutions. We specialize in providing world-class freelance construction estimating services to our clients all over the United States. Estimating and Quantity Surveying: One of the things that sets Rapid Estimation from other construction estimating services is that we have experience in the field at both the trade level, as well as running projects and we approach the estimate as if we were building the project. Prior to starting the estimate, the plans, specifications and invitation to bid are carefully reviewed prior to performing any takeoffs. We will provide the client with any RFIs if something is not clear or if we find conflicts or missing information. Next we will set up the project in one of our Excel templates or use our client's template if requested. All areas are then digitized using Plain-swift and Blue-beam software and the qualities entered into the spreadsheet, where pricing is applied.. Once complete, we will provide a detailed list of clarifications and exclusions to the estimate. we will also identify potential "value engineering" items to save money.
