Our founder and Licensed Contractor, Jude Kernaghan, saw a way to combine transparency and quality to a profession that, historically, didn’t have the best reputation. K&T started building new construction houses to sell on the open market; by 2015, they had completed numerous renovations, custom builds for clients, and projects for investors interested in flipping property. Another few years in, they started offering a complete set of services for residential homes, including roofing, brickwork, painting, and more.
