The Built Environment Partnership is a multi-disciplinary consulting and management enterprise, fully empowered, with offices in Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Established in 2016, we believe that we can make a difference; assisting public, private, and community sector clients and partners to build better communities – including infrastructure services, facilities, and places of residence, work and leisure.
We have considerable experience in different facets of the built environment, ranging from strategy and plan formulation to implementation management, in large and small public and private sector enterprises, and across sectors from town and regional planning to the detail design of infrastructure and implementation management.
Specific work and service areas of the Built Environment Partnership include:
• Investigations to determine the level of community need for different services and facilities.
• The development of policy, strategies and plans to address service needs.
• The formulation of feasibility studies, business cases and plans to motivate for the implementation of infrastructure and services programmes and projects.

• All phases of design pertaining to civil infrastructure (bulk services, transportation, bridges), housing development, and amenity.
• Framing and monitoring statutory applications to enable land use, building, and infrastructure development.
• Project, contract and administration management of infrastructure, housing, and other urban development projects.
• Monitoring and evaluation of the impact of infrastructure, housing, and other urban development projects.
