Built to Coach is run by Mark Strathern, a coach inside of the health and fitness space for over a decade & Jen Rolwich, an accredited coach with a background in executive coaching, leadership and team development. Built to Coach was created for one simple yet complex goal... To transform the way that coaching is delivered inside of the fitness industry. We've both worked with thousands of health and fitness coaches and there's a consistent theme... That none of them actually know what really coach is or what it looks like. That's why Built to Coach was born. We wanted to help coaches understand the nuances of human behaviour, client psychology and coaching ethics. We aspired to support coaches in their evolution from teachers and mentors (basically just telling clients what to do)... To their own killer coach. Someone who lives inside of their clients brains and knows exactly what tools to use and when to use them. Gone are the days where you doubt your ability to coach someone who is struggling to implement the information you've given them... Gone are the days where you brand someone a nightmare or victim client, while you bang your head off the wall unaware of how to help them... Gone are the days where you second guess your knowledge because someone can't implement what you've told them to do. Built to Coach is divided into 3 modules: 1. Build The Platform 2. Build The Person 3. Build The Process Inside of Built to Coach we will support you not only to understand ethical coaching, what questions to ask and when, how to remove your own bias and judgement... We'll also help you build your very own coaching process, specific to your clientele and niche so that you don't keep investing in the shiny object systems that look good but don't actually improve the delivery inside of your coaching programme.
