Builtwise Constructions was formed in 2011 by Trent Holbrook and Daniel Howley. Although a relatively small construction company, we are not small in capacity, and are big on professionalism. We have sound systems and processes in place that enable us to administer the most complex projects and the most demanding clients. We maintain full time site management and OH&S presence on our sites, and a hands-on director, dedicated to each project. Our design consultants and sub-contractors are top tier and regularly work for institutional developers and national and global clients. All contractors are required to satisfy our OHS&E requirements prior to being awarded any contract by the way of completing a ‘Sub-contractor Safety Pack’ which is an initiative by Worksafe and the Victorian Construction Safety Alliance. Our projects have an independent safety audit conducted monthly.
