Bumbee Labs provides analytics and predictions on footfall-/crowd data by capturing anonymous Wi-Fi signals in smart mobile phones. The crowd insights can be applied both in outdoor and indoor environments. The data collection and data cleaning are made completely anonymously, the AI model and method is unique in its kind to have an approval from the Swedish Data Inspection Authorities with GDPR taken into account. Bumbee Labs is the only company in Europe with a similar approval.
Bumbee Labs applies a highly sophisticated statistical method to the data, with strong elements of AI and Machine Learning included, which makes the KPI’s and insights very accurate. Key KPI’s are number of visitors, dwell time and paths and all the KPI’s are applicable on zone level as well. The data is presented in either Bumbee Labs own dashboard or any BI system preferred by the customer.
Bumbee Labs data model can be applied to both existing Wi-Fi networks or networks installed specifically for crowd insights purposes.
