bump & glide provides pre and postnatal guidance from pregnancy through to the return to the workplace leaving people more resilient, focused and motivated at such a pivotal time in their lives and careers. The type of support received around pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period has a long-lasting mental and physical impact on a person’s experience of this time in their lives. Effective support requires structured sessions with qualified experts over several months to ensure women, birthing people, and their partners, continue to feel valued and supported by those around them, both inside and outside of the workplace. This is a crucial life stage to get right and employers are in a position to further improve the support people receive at such a key transitional time. bump & glide 'tool kits' are parental wellbeing packages which protect the physical, emotional & mental wellbeing of parents during and after pregnancy, whilst promoting effective communication with their employer, resulting in an increased chance of retaining motivated and focused members of staff, thus improving the overall talent pipeline. Each bump & glide tool kit is a bespoke support structure put together by Founder, Serena Williams and is offered during the time of pregnancy and maternity leave.
