About Buns Burger
How was the Buns project born? By way of a combination of passion and tradition, along with research and experimenting international recipes using the typical products of our native land. Three basic rules allow us to create and propose the perfect menu for true gourmets: • The simplicity of our bread: our ‘buns’ are totally handmade, produced with types 0 and 1 flour from wheat 100% grown in Italy and extra virgin olive oil from Alghero, and undergo a slow, double leavening. The result is a perfect bread, light, fragrant and soft - just right. • The choice of our products: we basically use zero kilometre products from local livestock, farms and cheese factors. • The choice of drinks: we offer a selection of craft beers made in Italy and beers produced by zero kilometre regional and national micro-breweries.
