The firm was founded in 1997 by Peter Morse and Greg Bolduc in response to an increasing demand for responsive, aggressive, cost effective representation of insurers and their policyholders. We represent a broad spectrum of insurers with a diverse base of insurance law experience. We defend claims involving motor vehicles, including UM and UIM arbitrations, premises liability, commercial liability, construction accidents and defects, product liability, defamation, TCPA and FACTA. We handle insurance coverage disputes, and declaratory judgment actions for all of these areas and more. The firm's representative clients include Acceptance Ins. Co., Allstate, American Alliance, Country Companies, Mendota Ins., Society Mutual, and T.H.E. Ins. Co.. The firm has grown in size commensurately with increased demand for effective representation. Our main office is in the Chicago Loop in the shadow of the Cook County courts located in the Richard J. Daley Center. We also have an office in northwest Indiana to provide legal service within Indiana state and federal courts. Presently, the firm's professional staff is comprised of nine attorneys and seven legal assistants. The firm is dedicated to the handling of insurance defense, insurance coverage and subrogation litigation in a responsive, aggressive and cost-effective manner.
