BAC! was established in Italy in 2016, owner of the brand BAC! - Buon Appetito Chef! And its production know-how. We are the fish specialists in the sector of frozen ready meals , sauces in frozen caps in Italy.
We were born in the province of Catania (Vizzini), in a small inland town in Sicily. We chose this territory as a place of origin, and together with it we invest to build our future. Love for this territory, sharing and enhancement of the culture of healthy food, are the values that make our success possible.
To preserve the territory we based our growth on energy efficiency. We generate all the energy we need through our plants for the production of clean energy: a photovoltaic system that allows us to generate 140,000 kw/h per year. We use internal purifiers to reduce water consumption. and a phytopurification plant whose water discharges are intended for irrigation of the surrounding fields.
