Burcays undertakes project management of variety of projects, all from simple development projects up to complicated construction projects. Great importance is placed on analysing risk factors in projects where our experts review time schedules, designs, specifications, bids, project contracts, work arrangements, etc. before work commences and during the works. Construction management is one aspect of project management.
