fabrications from our facility near Glasgow to customers throughout
the UK and Ireland. Our creative and innovative team is led by Jimmy
Burwood who has over 30 years in the industry.
Services include;
- Design. Prototyping, 3D Modelling (SolidWorks), stress analysis.
- Welding and Orbital Welding. We have fully trained and coded welders to BSEN ISO9606-1 and weld procedures to BSEN 15614. Using the latest welding technology, we work with most materials, including some plastics.
- Material Handling. Screw conveyors, mixers, big bag handling, pneumatic conveying
- Site Services. Wide range of on-site services to reduce downtime including site welding, installations, repairs, crane and machinery installations, pump installations, drone surveys, confined space working and rope access.
- Engineering. Repair and maintenance, process design, manufacture, machining
- Inspections. Ultrasonic thickness, vibrations, thermal.
- Fabrication. CNC and Plasma cutting, architecture and steelwork, crane lifting beams, structural steel, portal frame building, pipework, staircases ad balustrades, balconies, metal forming, accreditations.
