At the heart of this modern barbecue restaurant is an open-concept kitchen with a custom four-tonne, dual cavity oven and four elevation grills. Burnt Ends writes new menus daily and believes there is magic coming from cooking with wood. Burnt Ends has held its One-Michelin star since first awarded in 2018. The restaurant is currently ranked #68 on the 2024 San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and #15 on the 2024 San Pellegrino Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List. We also own and operate two Meatsmith restaurants - one in Singapore located at Telok Ayer, and another in Jakarta, Indonesia. Chef Dave’s latest restaurant, The Ledge, brings Burnt Ends much-loved style of modern barbecue to the beachside with its first venue in Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi in partnership with Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
