Our inventively delicious sandwiches are better than you can even imagine. Try our popular Waylon & Willie: beer bread, Redneck Cheddar, fontina, caramelized onions, pepperoncini with our Spicy Maple Bacon Sauce. Or choose to build your own sandwich with fresh baked breads from Easy Tiger, Texas and Spanish artisan cheeses and one of our signature sauces made in-house. Your choice of our fresh vegetables, fruits and cured meats make perfect additions to any sandwich. What goes best with grilled cheese? Craft beer, you say? We agree! But we cannot sell beer out of a trailer, so we give it away! Join us every Friday evening from 6 p.m. until close (or we run out) for beer on us and delicious artisan grilled cheese sandwiches.
