Founded by alumni of IIT Kharagpur, Bury the Hatchet is an educational non-profit initiative committed to transforming the lives of students – especially those who are underprivileged – by equipping them with essential problem-solving skills across consulting, finance, technology, and beyond. We believe that talent and potential are universal, yet opportunities often are not. Our mission is to close this gap by making high-impact skills accessible to those who need them. Through tailored programs, we empower young minds from different communities to tackle real-world challenges and step confidently into dynamic careers—poised to lead, innovate, and inspire.
Our co-founders are also the authors of “Bury the Hatchet with Case Problems”, the first-ever problem-solving book of IIT Kharagpur.
