My name is Michael Kaplan and I am the CEO of Bus Concierge, Inc. I have been a nationwide passenger ground transportation broker and vice president of a bus company for over a decade. In my many years of service in the bus transportation industry, I have run into many issues along the way such as break downs, flat tires, dirty buses, drivers out of hours and the list goes on and on.
