Founder and attorney Marcia J. Busching has been an arbitrator for three decades and a member of the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) Roster of Arbitrators for more than 20 years. She currently serves on the Commercial, Large Complex Case, and Master Construction AAA panels. Marcia upholds the high standards of the AAA and works to resolve disputes in an efficient and reasonable manner. In her work as an arbitrator and as a real estate, construction, and business attorney, Marcia and the team at Busching Law PLC provide experienced and dedicated service to clients.
