The Bushtember Foundation raises awareness and funds for women's health globally through annual month-long social media campaigns, which will highlight one particular concern each year.
Together with NFCC International, the Foundation is launching its first annual campaign this September to raise awareness and funds supporting menstruation as a health, environmental, economic and rights issue. The #LetsFaceItPeriod campaign will create a platform to de-stigmatize menstruation and foster the flow of conversation on everything from taboos to good practices to challenges. It also aims to raise funds for domestic charities and NGOs around the world that work directly on menstrual hygiene management.
The Foundation hopes that the funds raised will deliver the necessary support to allow women to live healthier, stigma-free lives around the world.
