Building Your Empire Business Authorities evolved out of one driving obsession: to help ambitious business owners who are serious about dominating their market and building the necessary business foundations that enable them to scale the right way. It all started with a problem Johann Nogueira experienced first hand when he set out to grow his first empire. As the 'main man' he quickly realized that it was often up to him to contend with the inevitable growing number of business disciplines required to scale. Coping with everything, from technology, through to staff, sales, finances, marketing and the like often consumes ambitious entrepreneurs who eventually find themselves trapped. Taking on too many responsibilities is never in anyone's game, but as Johann experienced, it's hard to avoid. Back in 2008 he vowed to never fall into the trap of feeling hamstrung or tied down by a business because of too much reliance on him, its creator. Since then Johann has strategically designed and built 3 very successful businesses. The most recent reached a 12 Million dollar valuation in just 2 1/2 years of trading! It was one day when preparing for a speaking tour through India that the penny dropped.
