We operate under Business Development Association that is formed as a society of independent experts generally pulled out from corporate environment. We formally work as a freelancers but essentially are representing specific brands as their direct representative persons and in that matter are directly subordinated to partner company. In the past twelve years of our activities, we mastered business development of ICT and advanced technology platforms. Our aim is to help our partners in positioning on the markets of Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia in every sense. Our activities are related to sales and marketing techniques that involve: - assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets - advising on, drafting and enforcing sales policies and processes aimed at development of partners network - intelligence gathering on customers and competitors - generating leads for possible sales - follow-up sales activity and partner performance monitoring - formal proposal , presentation and training management - proposition and campaign development - advertising campaign management
